Q: What time do the gates open?
A: Gates open at 11:30. The first act is tentatively scheduled to begin at 1pm. Although exact times can change.
Q: What time will the concert be over?
A: The concert is scheduled to end at 9:15 PM and no later than 10 PM.
Q: Is there assigned seating?
A: Only for Mix Insider Circle (Gold Circle) seating. All other tickets are general admission within their respective section.
Q: Can we buy tickets at the gate?
A: Yes, but ticket prices will be higher at the gate so it is advised you purchase your tickets in advance.
Q: Is parking available?
A: Yes. Parking will be $5 on the Water Works Park grounds. You will be directed by parking staff when you arrive.
Q: Will handicap parking be available?
A: Yes. A limited amount of handicap parking will be available to people with the proper credentials.
Q: Can I go back to my car if I forgot something?
A: Sorry, but no re-entry will be allowed. Vehicles are outside of the ticketed area and are off limits after you enter the concert for security and safety.
Q: What if it is raining?
A: This is a rain or shine event. Personal umbrellas will be allowed ONLY if it is raining. No patio/beach umbrellas allowed. No ticket refunds will be issued.
Q: Can I bring a camera?
A: Yes, you may bring an ordinary 35 mm camera or digital camera. No video cameras or cameras with telephoto lenses will be allowed.
Q: Can we bring coolers?
A: No coolers will be allowed.
Q: Can we bring a small dog or other pet?
A: No animals are allowed at the Mix Summer Spectacular.
Q: Can we bring food and drinks including water?
A: No outside food or drinks will be allowed into the ticketed area, but food and drink will be available for purchase at several stands. |
