Q: What time do the gates open?
A: Gates open at approximately 11:30 a.m. The first act is tentatively scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. Exact times can change.
Q: Where do I enter the ticketed area of Rockin' the Rapids with Weezer ?
A Please enter at First Street SW and Second Avenue.
Q: What time will the concert be over?
A: The concert is to end at 10 p.m.
Q: Is there assigned seating?
A: No. Bring your bag chairs / lawn chairs as seating is general admission / first come - first served.
Q: Will seating be available?
A: For the general admission area, you need to bring your own bag chairs / lawn chairs (no beach umbrellas).
Q: Can we buy tickets at the gate?
A: Yes, but ticket prices will be higher at the gate so it is advised you buy your tickets in advance.
Q: Is parking available?
A: Parking is available at downtown city lots.
Q: Is there anywhere else to see the concert?
A: The immediate area between First Street SE and First Street SW, and First Avenue and Third Avenue will be closed to the general public. Vehicular traffic only will be allowed on First Avenue and Third Avenue. No loitering will be allowed in the immediate vicinity outside of the ticketed area.
Q: Can I go back to my car if I forgot something?
A: Sorry, but no re-entry will be allowed. Vehicles are outside of the ticketed area and are off limits after you enter the concert for security and safety.
Q: What if it is raining?
A: This is a rain or shine event. Personal umbrellas will be allowed ONLY if it is raining. No patio/beach umbrellas allowed. No ticket refunds will be issued.
Q: Can I bring a camera?
A: Yes, you may bring an ordinary 35 mm camera or digital camera. No video cameras or cameras with telephoto lenses will be allowed.
Q: Can we bring coolers?
A: No coolers will be allowed.
Q: Can we bring a small dog or other pet?
A: No animals are allowed.
Q: Can we bring food and drinks including water?
A: No outside food or drinks will be allowed into the ticketed area, but food and drink will be available for purchase at several stands.
Q: What does my VIP ticket include?
A: A VIP ticket will include two meals (lunch, Steak dinner) and six drinks, air-conditioned restrooms and up front seating. Drinks include beer, wine coolers, soda or water. Additional beverages will be available for purchase.
Q: How much are kid tickets for the VIP area?
A: Everyone in the VIP area must be 21 years of age or older. NO EXCEPTIONS! |
