The renowned African choir Voices of Namibia will thrill the audience at the Sondheim Center for a historic, one-night-only concert event on July 10, 2012, at 7:30 p.m. The tour organizers for the choir have candidly confided that "you will fall in love."
Voices of Namibia will be in the U.S. in July to compete in the World Choir Games—the Olympics of global choral music and the largest of all international choral competitions. Performances by Voices of Namibia are characterized by a colorful array of music from all over the world. The group even includes classical works, vocal jazz, and show tunes in their repertoire. From Mozart to Mambo, their unique sound, captivating rhythms, and brilliant joy shines through every song.
