An Evening with Mark Twain

An Evening with Mark Twain is an all-American evening where we revisit a simpler America, one that had easily recognizable politicians and its share of corruption. Garbed as an aging Twain in a white suite and flowing white hair, Kurt Sutton demonstrates Twain’s singing and playing style as he invites the audience to sing along on a variety of classic American songs. An Evening with Mark Twain is humorous and timeless, and Sutton’s stories are delivered with the appropriate nuance and impact of the period. An Evening with Mark Twain will also be performed for the Fairfield Community School System as part of the Fairfield Arts and Convention Center’s education outreach program.
