Who is Jeff Richards, you ask? He was on Saturday Night Live from 2001 - 2004 and is the only comedian to be on both SNL and Mad TV. Richards will have you falling out of your chair with impressions and great stories. He had a reoccurring character on Saturday Night Live called "Drunk Girl".
